Simon Lou has over 30 years of experience as a real estate broker in New York City, specializing in transactions from rentals to hotel sales. He has assisted in four hotel development projects and helped major developers and investors with development sites and repositioning properties. Additionally, he has managed mixed-use properties and assisted with 1031 exchange assets in Florida and Texas.
"We have over 20 years of experience in the hotel and real estate business. We own a successful 275-room Marriott AC hotel in Downtown Manhattan, which we have operated for about 5 years. Additionally, we manage 30 hotels across the USA, gaining extensive experience in hotel development and operations.
Starting as restaurant owners, we have grown into major hotel and real estate developers and operators. Our expertise ensures profitable and low-risk investments. We meticulously analyze all numbers to guarantee that our ventures cover expenses and remain highly profitable."
